  • Experience setting achievable sales and KPI goals (including B2Bs, Gift Cards, Food & Bev), celebrating wins, and using positive coaching
  • Capability to pursue future bookings beyond current ones for sustained growth
  • Passion for customer service, building/maintaining guest-centric culture, leading by example
  • Support guest de-escalation and ensure on-time delivery of experiences
  • Knowledge of recurring reports, surveys, audits, and checklists
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness of common areas, experience rooms, and inventoried equipment
  • Compliance with state law/company procedures for schedules and breaks
  • Proactive management of day-of labor spend based on pre-bookings and walk-ins
  • Clear communication with District Leader and cross-department collaboration
  • Ensure store schematics meet company standards
  • Conduct thorough hardware/software checks and communicate issues promptly
  • Intricate knowledge of store tech for rehabilitating low-damage hardware and reducing expenses
  • Lead staff through software updates and experience launches
  • Lead interview, hiring, and onboarding for all store staff
  • Proactively identify coaching opportunities for Guest Experience Guides and Leads, partnering with ASM
