  • Required scheduling availability: Sunday 4:00pm - 12:00am, Monday 4:00pm - 12:00am, Tuesday 4:00pm - 12:00am, Wednesday 4:00pm - 12:00am, Saturday 4:00pm - 12:00am (every weekend required; no shifts Thursday or Friday)
  • Physical ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
  • Physical ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly, including overhead lifting
  • Visual acuity for close work such as viewing computer terminals, reading, and inspecting small parts/details
  • High School diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues
  • Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and offer help locating items
  • Perform cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions per company policies
  • Maintain sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed
  • Support store opening and closing activities when needed
  • Provide customer support to all departments (e.g., photo, beauty), ensuring they are stocked and operational with updated services
  • Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in pharmacy for growth opportunities
  • Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
