  • Strong collaboration skills across HPE teams, account pursuit teams, account managers, Presales, and channel partners
  • Ability to establish professional, consultative relationships with partners by understanding unique business needs
  • Capability to articulate HPE's strategy and portfolio to uncover new opportunities, including new logos
  • Skill in using references to simplify complex technologies for customers
  • Ability to generate customer interest, anticipate buying trends, and link business/financial benefits (ROI & TCO) to HPE offerings

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop HPE Storage Partners
  • Create and drive the Joint Storage Business Plan and manage its goals
  • Seek out new opportunities for partners by expanding and enhancing existing ones using advanced storage expertise
  • Create and drive the storage sales pipeline; capture leads outside specialization and use closed-loop lead management
  • Collaborate with account pursuit teams to leverage solutions expertise for business development
  • Contribute to development of quota objectives and future direction for storage product lines
  • Direct and coordinate supporting sales activities related to pipeline hygiene through account managers, Presales, channel partners, and stakeholders
  • Effectively use internal sales tools to maintain a healthy pipeline and account plan
  • Collaborate across HPE teams for consistent business development, including end-to-end account planning
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with partners and customers to uncover new business opportunities
  • Actively generate customer interest, anticipate buying trends, and illustrate ROI & TCO advantages of HPE offerings
