Responsibilities

Sets up dish station and washes dishes as needed
Performs cleaning assignments as needed
Empties trash receptacles as needed
Maintains proper storage and organization of deliveries
Assists in food preparation and performs other duties as directed by the chef
Makes catering deliveries (requires a valid driver’s license)
Utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and tested recipes under the guidance of the Chef and Line Cooks
