They should have hands-on experience with 2 or more REC platforms such as GATS, WREGIS, M-RETS, or NEPOOL, and be proficient in using tools like Salesforce, Excel, Locus, and Google Workspace, including Adobe Acrobat Pro. Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, detail-sensitive workflows and collaborate with internal teams and external partners is also required.
The State Incentive Coordinator III is responsible for managing and optimizing the submission and approval process for state incentives, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, and working with cross-functional teams to meet goals. Key duties include monitoring project progression, proactively engaging with program administrators, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of state incentive requirements, responding to inquiries, maintaining CRM activity logs, supporting various submission methods, researching and resolving complex issues, training new employees, contributing to process improvements, and assisting in refining incentive submission processes. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve common goals and performing other duties as assigned by leadership.
