As a Solar Programs, Project Manager II, you will provide program support by conducting regular check-ins, hosting feedback roundtables, and offering program resources to solar developers and installers submitting projects to the Illinois Shines Program. You will collect and analyze market trends, identify program improvement opportunities, partner with internal stakeholders, and lead the implementation of training and support initiatives. Furthermore, you will support the Illinois Shines Mentorship Program and present findings to client partners.
