The Solar Programs, Project Manager II will provide program support by conducting regular check-ins with solar developers and installers, hosting feedback roundtables, and offering program resources related to the Illinois Shines program. They will collect and analyze market trends, identify program improvement opportunities, lead project implementation initiatives, and partner with internal stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness. Additionally, the role involves supporting the Illinois Shines Mentorship Program and delivering training and education to participants.
