Position Overview

The role involves creating solutions for sales networks and order/inquiry processing for Middle and BackOffice teams, utilizing the Salesforce system. The project will include modeling and implementing sales processes (onboarding, pipeline, quoting, acquisition, scoring), as well as developing the OneDesk platform. This development will encompass building the Next Best Action (NBA) mechanism, a 360° customer view, and a task management module.

Responsibilities

• Creating solutions for sales networks.
• Developing processes for order and inquiry handling for Middle and BackOffice teams using Salesforce.
• Modeling and implementing sales processes (onboarding, pipeline, quoting, acquisition, scoring).

  • Building the Next Best Action (NBA) mechanism.
  • Creating a 360° customer view.
  • Developing a task management module.
