Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience in an analytics role, with a strong focus on digital analytics. Proficiency in SQL, digital analytics tools like Amplitude, and data visualization software such as Tableau or Looker is essential. Experience with A/B testing, including tool and design knowledge, is required. Familiarity with statistical analysis, modeling, and technical tools like R or Python is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will synthesize internal and third-party data to generate actionable insights that inform enterprise priorities, including dealer experience, shopper behavior, marketing performance, and customer value delivery. They will clearly communicate these recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. The role involves active participation in cross-functional initiatives, collaboration to achieve project success, and the creation of compelling, intuitive stories and dashboards for data-driven decision-making. The analyst will leverage technical tools such as AWS Redshift, Amplitude, Tableau, Split, Python, and/or R to analyze data.
