Responsibilities

  • Orchestrating with brand teams (sales and marketing) and agencies to produce in-store PLV (e.g., totems, arches) for product launches
  • Following the steps to ensure timely availability for the sales force
  • Improving or adapting creative visuals provided by the brand team for use on PLV or other in-store materials
  • Collaborating with the sales force to gather feedback on existing PLV and improve existing models
  • Tracking the budget, processing purchase orders, and invoices for projects, ensuring correct payment for quality service
  • Producing in-store PLV (point-of-sale communication) and promotional materials for brands
  • Managing in-store promotional campaigns to convince consumers and increase sales
  • Working with creative agencies for visual/communication, production agencies for design and production, and logistics partner for receiving and distributing PLV to sales teams
