  • Préparez un Master 2 en ressources humaines

  • Rigoureux·se, organisé·e, doté·e d’un bon sens du détail

Responsibilities

  • Soutenir les équipes dans les activités quotidiennes liées aux données salariés, aux contrôles de paie et aux sujets de gestion des temps
  • Répondre aux demandes des collaborateurs via le portail RH, notamment sur les processus locaux (arrêts maladie, congés, avantages…)
  • Contribuer à la documentation et à la mise à jour des règles de paie et de gestion des temps
  • Participer aux différents projets de l'équipe, en fonction de leurs actualités
  • Contribuer au bon fonctionnement des processus de paie, de gestion des temps et d’administration des avantages sociaux pour l’ensemble des entités Stryker en France
