Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of the direct-to-consumer strategy for cardiometabolic health (CMH) brands
  • Conduct constant competitive monitoring on available market solutions
  • Propose and assist in implementing strategic partnerships serving patients and the general public, reflecting Lilly's values of excellence and integrity
  • Coordinate the omnicanal direct-to-consumer communication plan, articulating priority targets and messages across different brands
  • Identify quantitative and qualitative insights necessary for decision-making, using market studies, competitive monitoring, social media feedback, media monitoring, etc
  • Collaborate closely with global/regional teams to ensure brand vision alignment, influence to highlight local specificities, and develop appropriate common solutions
  • Communicate with other brand leaders in the unit to ensure coherence across indications and brands
  • Ensure compliance with ethics and compliance rules, and consolidate rigorous follow-up and validation files for all projects
  • Adapt messages and communication according to audiences: management committee, medical representatives, marketing community, global/regional teams, etc
