Candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience applying and conducting customer-centered research, along with experience in defining, planning, and executing research studies including outlining objectives, goals, and timelines, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods. A portfolio demonstrating research that influenced insightful experiences and expert presentation skills are also required.
The Staff UX Researcher will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create research strategies for various studies, conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods such as focus groups, usability tests, and surveys to provide granular insights, influence product and design decisions by identifying customer pain points and conducting competition analysis, partner with product managers and designers across geographies, communicate research findings through artifacts, and evangelize research and customer feedback to stakeholders to foster a customer-centric culture.
