Candidates should have 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on hiring Engineering Leaders in high-growth US-based startups or fast-scaling companies. Proven ability to run bespoke search strategies, deep experience with sourcing tools, Boolean searches, org chart mapping, and building high-conversion leadership pipelines are required. Candidates must be comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, be data-literate, and possess executive presence and storytelling skills.
The Staff Technical Recruiter will own the full lifecycle of engineering leadership searches, including calibration, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding transitions. They will design and drive bespoke search strategies for technical leadership roles, build and manage pipelines of passive leadership talent, and partner with founders and executives to define excellence and shape the leadership bar. The role also involves delivering data-driven insights to refine search direction and championing a world-class candidate experience.
