Candidates should possess experience in leveraging or critically thinking about Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Knowledge Graphs (KGs), along with development experience and a background in the Go-To-Market (GTM) domain. A strong understanding of AI system design principles is also required, as is familiarity with ServiceNow platform development and AIA Studio for low-code AI workflows.
The Staff Software Gen AI Engineer will develop scalable and maintainable applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, leveraging AIA Studio to orchestrate AI workflows and integrate machine learning models. They will design AI-powered systems utilizing LLMs, Agentic AI, and semantic retrieval to deliver contextual insights and automation, building RAG pipelines enriched with Knowledge Graphs to surface relevant data. Additionally, the role involves implementing AI agents capable of task planning and execution, collaborating with Product and Business Operations to identify opportunities and deliver measurable impact, and ensuring the systems are resilient, secure, and high-performance.
