Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI, autonomous systems, or multi-agent architectures, requiring a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree. Research experience in LLMs and agentic orchestration is preferred, along with strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java, and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, and reinforcement learning techniques. A deep understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and scalable software design is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Agentic AI Machine Learning Engineer will architect and lead the development of scalable AI orchestration frameworks, design and build LLM-powered AI agents and services, drive innovation in multi-agent orchestration, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure the reliability and performance of agentic AI systems, mentor engineering teams, stay at the forefront of AI research, and contribute to ScienceLogic’s intellectual property.
