Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong emphasis on application development using Gen AI and Machine Learning. Deep expertise in the software industry, particularly with LLMs, Machine learning, and agentic AI frameworks is essential. Knowledge of scalable, resilient, and secure systems design is also required, along with experience in leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
Responsibilities
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the design and development of large-scale AI enterprise agentic platform, architect highly scalable and secure systems, provide technical leadership across teams, collaborate with product and engineering leaders, drive cross-functional projects, ensure compliance with industry regulations, mentor engineers, evaluate and implement new technologies, and contribute to key architectural decisions. You will also be responsible for integrating the platform with GoodLeap systems and services, and ensuring the platform stays at the forefront of innovation and security.
