Candidates should have 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions in the cloud, familiarity with generative AI techniques like RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning, and deep knowledge of Python and common ML packages such as LangChain, pandas, sklearn, and PyTorch. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field being preferred. Experience with the LLM ecosystem, large-scale infrastructure-as-a-service platforms, Snowflake, and large-scale database technology is beneficial.
The Senior AI/ML Architect will be the technical expert in scoping and driving POCs for Snowflake’s AI and ML solutions, partnering with Snowflake account teams and customer champions to ensure successful execution and customer adoption. They will collaborate with Snowflake’s product and engineering teams to influence Snowflake’s AI and ML roadmaps based on customer feedback, and will publish content to scale beyond their individual efforts. Additionally, they will influence and maintain Sales Engineering AI and ML selling assets, including customer presentations and demonstrations, and will provide hands-on expertise and support to technical decision makers and data scientists.
