Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on AI development. Experience with building and deploying AI models, particularly in the security domain, is highly desirable. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen is preferred. Strong programming skills in Python are essential, along with experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will build and evolve the autonomous AI security agent “Hai,” contributing to its planning, reasoning, and secure action capabilities, including vulnerability detection and threat intelligence generation. You will develop AI red teaming agents and frameworks for evaluating the security of large language models and generative AI systems, collaborating with product teams to integrate AI into security tools and the HackerOne ecosystem. Additionally, you will create APIs and integrations to facilitate interaction between AI models and security tools, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate AI innovations into customer-facing security solutions, ultimately contributing to a safer internet through AI-driven security innovation.
