Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, software development, or a related technical field is required, along with prior experience coordinating or contributing to a Security Champions program. Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS is essential, as are excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to convey security concepts to diverse audiences. The ability to anticipate program needs for long-term maturity and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to build strong relationships is also necessary.
The Staff Security Enablement Analyst will design and implement the Security Champions Program, establishing OKRs, defining roles, and monitoring program efficacy. This role involves creating a framework for identifying, recruiting, and retaining Security Champions, and organizing meetings, forums, and events for knowledge sharing. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining technical program documentation, curating and delivering live training materials, and acting as a liaison between employees and security teams for the rollout of tools and processes. The analyst will also collaborate with Learning and Development teams to integrate security training and work with other security teams to identify opportunities for expanding security offers across the company.
