Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to support technical users and guide projects from concept to deployment

Responsibilities

  • Build AI Agents: Design, build, or collaborate in building AI agents using tools such as AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI Service, and Microsoft AI solutions to streamline business processes
  • Operationalize AI Monitoring: Help deploy and configure AI observability/monitoring platforms (e.g., LangSmith, Langfuse) to support solution builders and ensure ongoing system reliability
  • User Support: Provide hands-on support to internal users building AI solutions, troubleshooting concerns, and advising on GE HealthCare processes, technical capabilities, and AI best practices
  • Platform Evaluation: Assess new or updated AI platforms for impacts on security, privacy, compliance, and recommend appropriate controls to mitigate risks
  • Process Guidance: Guide AI solution requestors and builders through GEHC’s AI approval, governance, and deployment processes
  • Technology Enablement: Evaluate emerging AI technologies and enable their safe, secure, and feasible adoption across GE HealthCare, ensuring solution builders can leverage them effectively
