Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, and ideally have a Master’s degree. Strong technical skills and experience are required, along with a developer-first mentality and a passion for developing and growing others as security practitioners.
The Staff Security Enablement Analyst will design and implement the Security Champions Program, including establishing OKRs, defining roles, and defining processes to monitor its efficacy. They will create a comprehensive framework for identifying, recruiting, and retaining Security Champions, organize and lead regular meetings and events, develop and maintain program documentation, and curate and deliver live training material. Furthermore, the role involves acting as a liaison between Twilions and security, assisting with the rollout of security tools and processes, collaborating with Learning and Development teams to integrate security training, and working closely with other security teams to identify opportunities for expanding security offers across Twilio.
