About You

Nutrafol is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pro Product Sr. Marketing Manager to lead upstream product management for their HCP and Salon (Hair + Skin) categories. This role involves driving product development from ideation to launch, requiring strong communication, creativity, detail-orientation, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience leading product launches, product education, and creative development with designers and copywriters, and thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment. Prior experience in the medical aesthetics or medical device industry is highly desired, particularly with Dermatologists, Plastics, MedSpas, and/or Estheticians.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product management process for new products in the Hair & Skin professional (HCP & Salon) categories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, design, packaging, etc.) to bring innovative products to market, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and customer needs.
  • Launch and manage a loyalty program (HCP + Salon).
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify new opportunities for product development.
  • Develop and implement strategic go-to-market plans for new product launches.

  • The selected candidate will report to the Senior Director of Professional Marketing and will closely collaborate with:
