Requirements

The Sr. Manager, Pro Product Marketing requires experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, gift-with-purchase planning, and launching a loyalty program, along with strong project management and communication skills. Proven experience leading product launches, product education, and creative development with designers and copywriters is essential, as is familiarity with the medical aesthetics or medical device industry, particularly with Dermatologists, Plastics, MedSpas, and/or Estheticians.

Responsibilities

This role involves leading the end-to-end product management process for new products in the HCP and Salon categories, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market, launching and managing a loyalty program, conducting market research and analyzing customer insights, and developing and implementing strategic go-to-market plans for new product launches.
