Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study, and have 5+ years of Software Product Management experience. They should demonstrate a proven track record of managing products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products, along with strong written and oral communication skills and familiarity with Agile practices and Design Thinking. Experience managing B2B SaaS products and prior experience managing commercial software products through the entire software development lifecycle is also required. Relevant direct experience in the clinical domain, particularly in nursing care or the Senior Care market, is preferred, alongside working knowledge of standard clinical concepts/terminology such as SNOMED, LOINC, and UMLS.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will contribute to the vision and strategy of the content management capabilities product area, define and own roadmaps, and drive execution and delivery of compelling value to users and customers. You will use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand customer and user needs and pain points, prioritize product investments and tradeoffs using data-driven analysis, and collaborate closely with User Experience, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers to ensure successful product launches and releases. You will also liaise with various functions including Software Commercialization, Sales, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to optimize time to value and ensure overall product portfolio success.
