Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in connected health, wearables, or regulated digital health products. Experience building products for chronic health conditions or risk factors in areas like cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory, or immune health is required. Proven ability to take products from early scientific concepts to customer-facing delivery is essential. Familiarity with wellness versus regulated product strategies, with experience in FDA processes being a strong plus, is necessary. Strong cross-functional leadership skills and a deep curiosity about human health are also required.

Responsibilities

The Staff Product Manager will lead the discovery and development of new sensing capabilities for health monitoring and risk detection in chronic disease domains. They will collaborate with Science to explore signal quality and biomarker feasibility, and evaluate new sensing technologies for user value and performance. Responsibilities include translating complex health concepts into user-friendly product experiences, supporting regulatory submission strategies with teams like Regulatory, Legal, and Quality, and informing future hardware requirements. The role involves creating product narratives and business cases for executives, and defining and prioritizing product requirements from concept through launch.
