Description: ZenBusiness is seeking a Growth Product Manager to join our product team, with a specific focus on our LLC and corporation funnels. The ideal candidate is experienced in product-led growth techniques and possesses strong skills in online customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization. This role is crucial for identifying growth opportunities to convert site visitors into first-time business owners. Success in this fast-paced environment requires owning the product lifecycle and driving business impact from concept to execution. This position reports to the VP of Product.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of online customer acquisition strategies.
  • Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics.
  • Ability to excel and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a product roadmap.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with product analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • A/B testing & Experimentation: Lead experimentation initiatives with Product and Engineering teams to test new features and UX optimizations aimed at improving funnel conversion rates.
  • Checkout & Payment Optimization: Enhance checkout flows by reducing cognitive load and ensuring seamless completion of purchases with various payment methods (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). Serve as a subject matter expert on checkout and payment acceptance company-wide.
  • Lead to Conversion Rate Optimization: Develop and iterate on tactics to convert leads into customers through digital channels (email, SMS, in-app notifications) and human-assisted touchpoints (e.g., sales calls).
  • Design & Engineering Portfolio Leadership: Independently guide design and engineering teams in planning and executing enhancements to accelerate customer acquisition.
  • Feature Prioritization & Roadmap Ownership: Manage a rolling 3-month product roadmap. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure the customer journey aligns with brand strategy and messaging.
  • Data Analysis & Product Insights: Utilize the product analytics stack to monitor customer behavior, acquisition metrics, and feature performance. Ensure new features positively impact key performance metrics and the customer journey.
