Requirements

  • Experience designing complex enterprise applications collaboratively across multiple R&D teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead foundational and strategic research to define the future of AI UX, uncovering latent needs and opportunities in how developers interact with security tools
  • Partner with leaders across the company to define and drive the vision for a new class of AI products, shaping the roadmap from concept to launch and beyond
  • Own the design strategy for our most ambitious new initiative, leading a highly complex, zero-to-one project that will redefine our product category
  • Spearhead workshops and strategic design sprints to navigate ambiguity, align cross-functional teams, and rapidly prototype new ways that humans work with AI
  • Architect the end-to-end user journeys, creating visionary concepts and service blueprints
  • Collaborate with the Design System team to craft hi-fidelity design artifacts
  • Lead highly complex projects in developer tools and cloud security with practicality and influence
  • Share your skills, coach other designers, and help to build our world class design team
