Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional Product Design experience, including experience designing developer experiences for web and mobile. Excellence in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication is required, along with experience working collaboratively with engineers, user researchers, and product teams. Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools, including effective use of AI in product design, is essential. A low ego, collaborative, and open-minded attitude is necessary, as is a demonstrated interest in crypto products. Prior design experience in crypto or financial products, software development experience, and startup experience are considered nice to haves.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will work in a small team to iteratively improve developer experience, taking new features from ideation to production. They will design simple and intuitive web and mobile experiences, participate in design reviews to incorporate feedback, and execute on the product roadmap while helping to define product strategy. Daily collaboration with Engineering, User Research, and Product teams is expected.
