Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in performance engineering or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience with performance testing tools and methodologies. Familiarity with cloud computing environments and database technologies is preferred.
As a Staff Performance Engineer, you will design and execute performance tests to identify bottlenecks and performance issues within Ironclad’s platform, collaborate with engineering teams to eliminate these bottlenecks, own end-to-end performance testing, and drive optimizations to ensure the platform remains fast, scalable, and reliable as the company grows. You will also analyze system behavior under load and integrate performance-first principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
