Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in QA automation with a strong focus on performance and load testing
Hands-on experience with tools such as JMeter, Gatling, k6, Locust, or LoadRunner
Expertise in API testing (preferably with encryption)
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java for developing automation scripts and frameworks
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, or similar)
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and distributed systems
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, New Relic, etc.)
Familiarity with containerized and microservices architectures (Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Experience with security performance testing or testing of highly available SaaS systems

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated performance test suites for Keeper’s applications and backend services
Plan and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing to validate system performance under varying conditions
Build performance test frameworks and pipelines integrated with CI/CD environments
Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to optimize system performance
Develop and maintain test data, scenarios, and reporting dashboards for continuous visibility into performance metrics
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to establish performance benchmarks and SLAs
Use monitoring tools and profiling techniques to identify system-level performance issues (CPU, memory, I/O, latency)
Provide recommendations and documentation on performance improvements and testing strategies
