  • Code at least 70% of the time on technical roadmap subjects
  • Take end-to-end ownership of designing, implementing, and deploying scalable and performant new services/solutions
  • Work on complex technical subjects
  • Actively participate in the architecture squad
  • Participate in building the architecture and development roadmap
  • Conduct proof of concepts to validate hypotheses
  • Create deployment plans for selected technical solutions
  • Lead structural changes in development approach to improve performance, reliability, scalability, accessibility, and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize development initiatives, and guide implementation of new features
  • Be proactive in teams by investigating, analyzing, and challenging legacy systems and technologies to propose innovative solutions and approaches
  • Be the technical guarantor for several critical components of the overall technical architecture
  • Stay updated on industry trends, especially in artificial intelligence, and best practices in software development and architecture, and integrate them into development processes
