Code at least 70% of the time on technical roadmap subjects
Take end-to-end ownership of designing, implementing, and deploying scalable and performant new services/solutions
Work on complex technical subjects
Actively participate in the architecture squad
Participate in building the architecture and development roadmap
Conduct proof of concepts to validate hypotheses
Create deployment plans for selected technical solutions
Lead structural changes in development approach to improve performance, reliability, scalability, accessibility, and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize development initiatives, and guide implementation of new features
Be proactive in teams by investigating, analyzing, and challenging legacy systems and technologies to propose innovative solutions and approaches
Be the technical guarantor for several critical components of the overall technical architecture
Stay updated on industry trends, especially in artificial intelligence, and best practices in software development and architecture, and integrate them into development processes
