Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience independently owning documentation and/or UI copy and driving projects, ideally for two or more product areas. They should possess the ability to break down complex topics into clear content, demonstrate strong project and time management skills, and have excellent interdepartmental communication and relationship-building abilities. A proactive, adaptable, and curious approach to work is essential, along with an AI-forward mindset and a portfolio of writing samples. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Jira, Zendesk, Confluence, Miro, Figma, AI content creation tools, Pendo, installation/integration content, coding, and API/developer documentation, as well as a BA/BS or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

The Technical Writer/Content Designer will write, edit, and publish documentation in the Help Center according to writing standards, and revise UI copy for features and products. They will review feedback to address areas of improvement, collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather information and confirm accuracy, and proactively update information architecture. Additionally, they will cultivate a deep understanding of Pendo's products and services and stay current with industry best practices.
