Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX writing, crafting clear, concise, and user-friendly content that enhances digital experiences. Experience coaching and leading other UX Writers and designers by providing critiques and training. Facilitation and leadership skills to work dynamically across multiple teams and bridge gaps between product areas. A strong portfolio highlighting content strategy and UX writing skills. Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic vision and uplevel the UX Writing discipline at Zoom. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, influencing product direction through content. Shape and contribute to product-level content strategy and scalable content patterns for a consistent user experience across the Zoom ecosystem. Create and host training sessions for writers and non-writers to scale content strategy across design, product, and engineering. Co-own and evolve content style guides, championing content governance and consistency at scale. Work on AI-first products and lead content strategy for AI writing at Zoom.
