Requirements

Responsibilities

The Technical Writer will write, revise, and organize customer-facing documentation, including user guides and Help Center articles, translating complex technical concepts into clear, plain language for non-technical users. They will address a backlog of documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability, collaborating remotely with product, engineering, design, support, and implementation teams to gather information and clarify requirements. The role involves using content management systems, primarily Zendesk, and adhering to or contributing to established style guides, glossaries, and templates.
