Engage with customers proactively and reactively to address technical needs
Develop a working partnership with customers to mitigate risks and troubleshoot technical issues
Partner with the Technical Account Manager to become a virtual part of their customer’s teams
Provide escalation management for technical issues encountered with customer enterprise deployments
Perform fault isolation and root cause analysis to diagnose and solve complex technical issues
Provide timely solutions to customers in a professional manner
Regularly update customer cases in the call tracking system and document technical solutions and product information
