Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS and a proven ability to recruit for Product Engineering roles. This role is crucial in providing top-tier recruiting services to business leaders and candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and fostering excellent relationships. A high degree of creativity, strategic vision, business acumen, and organizational skills are essential for success in this highly visible and impactful position.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop creative recruitment solutions aligned with business needs.
• Gain a deep understanding of business functions to provide proactive solutions and meet staffing goals and deadlines.
• Own and deliver an exceptional, high-touch, personalized candidate experience.
• Pre-screen candidates by evaluating skills and experience against job requirements.
• Conduct proactive sourcing using social networks and alternative methodologies to build robust candidate pipelines.
• Build and leverage various applicant channels, including social media and internet sites.
• Manage the interview process, with support from the talent coordinator team.
• Develop and maintain internal and external networks to identify key talent and build ongoing pipelines.
• Negotiate and/or support hiring managers in developing new hire compensation packages and offers.
• Manage the offer generation and approval process.
• Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, legislation, and guidelines.
• Manage service level agreements, such as time-to-hire.
• Provide regular analysis of recruitment statistics and activities to business partners.
• Partner with key lines of business to stay informed of trends and upcoming hiring needs.
• Communicate tactfully, professionally, diplomatically, and confidentially, providing regular, detailed updates.
• Maintain a positive, "can-do" attitude with a commitment to customer service.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of overall technical recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Extensive Product Engineering recruiting experience within a fast-paced, SaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of technical roles and requirements.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for senior-level technical positions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional closing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• International recruiting experience is a plus.
