Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of overall technical recruiting and sourcing experience, with extensive experience recruiting for Product Engineering roles in a fast-paced SaaS environment. A solid understanding of technical roles and requirements, a proven track record of successfully recruiting for senior-level technical positions, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously are required. Exceptional closing and negotiation skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are also necessary. International recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Recruiter will provide high-level recruiting services to business leaders and candidates, performing full lifecycle recruitment while maintaining excellent relationships. Responsibilities include working with hiring managers to provide creative recruitment solutions, gaining an in-depth understanding of business functions, and proactively solving staffing needs. The role involves owning the candidate experience, pre-screening candidates, conducting proactive sourcing, managing the interview process, and building talent pipelines. Additionally, the recruiter will negotiate offers, manage the offer generation process, understand and comply with hiring policies, manage service level agreements, provide recruitment statistics analysis, partner with lines of business on hiring needs, and communicate tactfully and professionally.
