Responsibilities

  • Provide implementation consultancy and customer assistance for Adobe Campaign clients
  • Work with clients to assess requirements and configure Adobe Campaign to meet their business needs
  • Understand client database architecture and set up ETL and data-flows
  • Configure the Adobe Campaign solution to meet customer requirements, including campaign setups and web page development
  • Develop customer-specific solutions and document them
  • Proactively diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems
  • Create implementation plans for new and existing clients
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to customers on implemented solutions
  • Maintain documentation of solutions and integrations
  • Continue education on new technologies and platforms that benefit the Digital Marketing Suite and implementations
  • Deliver top-notch solutions to clients
