Requirements

  • Proven track record of attracting top talent across levels and go-to-market functions (e.g., Sales, Post-Sales, Commercial)
  • Strong understanding of the technical and non-technical skill sets required for positions within a technology-driven organization
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent using various recruitment methods and tools
  • Experience in conducting behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent for non-technical positions within Commercial, Sales, and corporate functions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and establish recruitment plans aligned with business objectives
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage passive and active candidates
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process
  • Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, monitor the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and provide insights and recommendations for process enhancements
