Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of professional experience with demonstrated functional and technical knowledge of SaaS systems, along with knowledge of systems infrastructure, industry standards, and security practices. They must also have a fundamental understanding of internal controls, user permissions, and inheritance, and strong analytical, change management, task management, and problem-solving skills. Exposure to systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and HiBob is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Systems Administrator will serve as the domain specialist and systems administrator for multiple SaaS applications to help the organization maximize efficiency and scale, participate in implementation and integration projects working with multiple teams to refine user roles, permissions, and controls, provide outstanding internal support on system issues including system availability and performance optimization, evaluate system capabilities, identify opportunities, and implement timely solutions to streamline business processes, learn new systems and tools to improve processes and architecture, document requirements, design, and analyze reports or queries, and design reports related to internal systems for management and audit purposes.
