Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of three to five years of experience working with NetSuite, including experience customizing, business operations, systems development, business systems interaction and integration, and hands-on support. A strong understanding of financial processes is required, along with experience in developing and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

The Senior Application Engineer will be responsible for planning, reviewing, and revising functional configuration, customizations, automation, and enhancements within NetSuite, as well as performing system maintenance and business process testing. They will also research and resolve issues, design new workflows, provide thought leadership in best practices, maintain knowledge of the latest technology, lead new releases and updates, provide internal system/technical support to users, and act as a liaison with Third-Party Vendor Support. Furthermore, they will evaluate business needs and develop systems to meet those needs, and work independently with minimal guidance.
