Requirements
Candidates must possess a Salesforce Administrator Certification, with Advanced Administrator certification being preferred, and a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration. Experience in Salesforce Lightning UI Design, a strong understanding of API/Integration configurations through installed managed packages and middleware applications like Workato or Zapier, and strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, are required. A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience is also necessary.
Responsibilities
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform, including configuring Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Settings for over 300 users. They will work with other administrators/developers to maintain best practice architecture, custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, flows, approval processes, and installed packages, as well as managing and supporting integrations with applications such as Marketo, Intercom, Zuora, Zoom, Outreach, Gong, and OKTA. The role involves maintaining system health across environments, managing multiple priorities, providing end-user support and training, and documenting processes and solutions for both technical and non-technical users.
