Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and have at least 5 years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical sales role, with a strong understanding of SaaS products and API integrations. Experience with automation and orchestration tools is preferred, and familiarity with security and IT operations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to evangelize Tines’ SaaS solutions, educate customers on the business value of no-code automation, and demonstrate how Tines integrates with existing technology stacks. They will create and deliver presentations, build and demo Tines Stories, manage the technical decision process, collaborate with Sales to identify use cases, support channel and alliance partners, and contribute to the knowledge base by sharing customer experiences and technical insights.
