Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and demonstrate a strong understanding of distributed systems and data engineering principles. Experience with integrating data streams from various third-party systems, including Splunk, Elastic Search, Kafka, AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, and Google Cloud Storage is essential. Proven ability to mentor and coach junior engineers is also desired.

Responsibilities

As a Sr Staff Software Engineer, you will develop features that integrate Cribl’s data stream processing engine with diverse data systems, rapidly gain expertise in third-party technologies, provide technical leadership to the team, contribute to the technical roadmap, and introduce performance and efficiency improvements across the product. You will also partner with PM and Eng leaders to shape the future of Stream Integrations and ensure customer satisfaction.
