Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in a sourcing or recruiting support role
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sourcing or talent acquisition role
  • Experience sourcing for U.S.-based roles strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system preferred
  • Proficient in Boolean search techniques and online sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
  • Technically savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout all interactions
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico
  • Position starts remote and transitions to onsite in Monterrey, Mexico within approximately the first year (no travel required)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for U.S.-based positions
  • Partner closely with a recruiter and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to align on role requirements, hiring goals, and candidate profiles
  • Utilize multiple sourcing platforms and tools, including Boolean searches, social media, job boards, networking groups, and employee referrals
  • Conduct outreach and initial engagement with passive and active candidates to gauge interest and fit
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future openings
  • Accurately track sourcing activity and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives through professional and timely communication
  • Stay current on U.S. labor market trends and sourcing best practices to improve outreach effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and employment practices throughout the sourcing process
