Responsibilities

  • Creating and scheduling social media posts specifically designed to highlight the role of pharmacists in healthcare
  • Developing and deploying compelling, professional copy tailored to maximize reach and engagement across platforms
  • Maintaining a strong awareness of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the campaign remains cutting-edge and effective
  • Engaging actively with the target audience by regularly commenting on important industry and related posts
  • Proactively bringing new, innovative social media ideas and strategies to the team
  • Establishing and maintaining weekly analytics tracking to accurately monitor campaign success and suggest data-driven optimizations and new content ideas
  • Participate in bi-weekly meetings (30 min/week)
  • Create a schedule for the following week, including content to be featured (30 min/week)
  • Create content using a variety of formats (min 5 posts/week), request feedback (2-2.5 hr/week)
  • Make any necessary updates + schedule posts (30 min/week)
  • Comment on relevant posts in the industry under the brand account (1 hr/week)
  • Track analytics, build out trend library, offer suggestions (30 min/week)
