Requirements

Candidates must have experience building core enterprise products and solutions, proficiency with source control tools like Git, and strong backend design and development skills in Java, including advanced OO concepts. Experience with distributed systems, service discovery, RPC, containerized services in Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform is required. Familiarity with AWS services (S3, ECR, Lambda, CodePipeline, SSM, IAM) and database programming, particularly MySQL, is also necessary. Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Software Engineer will collaborate with the team and product management to define and refine feature requirements and redesign existing features. They will design, review, and build implementations using software, infrastructure-as-code, automation, and cloud services to enhance the Archiving product's functionality. This role involves working with other feature teams to ensure seamless integration, creating new frameworks, cloud service integrations, and automation. The engineer will also troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and be available for limited on-call duties during critical deployments.
