The role requires 8+ years of experience in the Federal space and 5+ years of experience in a relevant technical consulting capacity. Flexibility and a willingness to learn new technologies are also important.
The Sr. Professional Services Technical Consultant will serve as the primary technical interface and onsite subject matter expert for the ScienceLogic product line. Responsibilities include providing onsite consulting services, performing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of ScienceLogic appliances, and acting as a subject matter expert for ScienceLogic products. The role involves working closely with customer technical and management staff, handling customer work activities both on-site and remotely, and acting as an internal customer advocate for problem resolution and product feedback. Additionally, consultants will record all activity in the ticketing system, create knowledgebase articles, adhere to best practices, participate in departmental projects, and provide leadership to customers regarding the ScienceLogic product suite, including support for Federal ATO processes and security audits.
