Carrot Fertility is seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to support our rapidly growing sales team. This role focuses on analyzing sales data, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and optimizing sales team performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Track Pipeline Trends and Key Performance Metrics: Provide weekly and monthly reporting on pipeline trends and key performance metrics to inform sales leadership decisions.
  • Enhance Forecasting Accuracy: Continuously refine forecasting methods by improving data accuracy, process efficiency, and key assumptions.
  • Develop and Maintain Dashboards: Build dynamic and user-friendly Salesforce dashboards and reports for the Go-To-Market team.
  • Uncover Growth Opportunities: Conduct win/loss and indecision analysis to refine sales strategies, influence product roadmaps, and identify areas for coaching and process improvement.
  • Optimize Sales Team Performance: Analyze sales team strengths and gaps, recommending targeted training and strategies to boost win rates and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Support Compensation & Pricing Analysis: Ensure commission accuracy by analyzing sales performance data, managing quota and commission splits in Salesforce, and evaluating commission plan effectiveness. Assist with pricing strategy, deal desk support, and annual pricing reviews.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Salesforce.
