The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will track pipeline trends and key performance metrics, delivering weekly and monthly reporting to highlight shifts in performance and revenue opportunities. They will continuously refine forecasting methods by improving data accuracy and process efficiency, ensuring predictable revenue outcomes. The role involves building dynamic Salesforce dashboards and reports for the Go-To-Market team, conducting win/loss analysis to refine sales strategies, and optimizing sales team performance through targeted training and strategies. Additionally, the analyst will support compensation and pricing analysis, ensuring commission accuracy and assisting with pricing strategy and annual reviews to drive revenue growth.
