Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field, preferably within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. Previous experience in sales or technical sales is strongly preferred, along with familiarity with MEDDPICC and experience supporting Sales Manager enablement and adjacent teams. Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Sales Enablement Specialist will support the development and execution of onboarding and programs for Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams. This role involves contributing to structured learning paths and certification programs, facilitating live and virtual training sessions, and maintaining/updating enablement content such as playbooks and objection handling guides. Responsibilities also include partnering with Sales Managers for reinforcement, supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives, assisting in the administration of enablement tools, and gathering feedback to guide program improvements. The specialist will collaborate cross-functionally to align training efforts with revenue goals.
