Requirements

  • Bachelor or above education on mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • At least 7 years’ working experience of mechanical design. The power tool or motor structure design experience is preferred
  • Good skills with 2D&3D design software (CATIA, Pro/E or UG)/ CATIA preferred
  • Familiar with the materials and manufacturing processes of plastic parts, stamping parts, machined parts, gears, and fans
  • Good English language skill for global conference call with other global design center
  • Strong practical abilities, be good at studying, strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit

Responsibilities

  • Design new motor platform based on new products definition direction, leading motor mechanical team to create 3D model quickly
  • Capable to complete Windchill document, motor BOM, Catia drawing and SAP system
  • Work with global design center to develop new motor and motor components
  • Review all document change for global motor structure, drive into production
  • Work with suppliers to develop new components and optimize the design according to manufacturing process. And push suppliers for process iteration and upgrade according to new design direction
  • Focus on motor innovation and Design to Value
